How do I place my catering order?

 Because of the detailed nature & to ensure accuracy, catering orders are not taken over the phone. Visit our Catering Menu page to submit an online catering request and our catering manager will follow up within two (2) business days to move forward with you from there. Please click on any of the links on our website “book your date” or “ order online”. Pick your available date, the date you pick will be your appointment to discuss your event. This is the starting point for all catering orders. Please note that all catering requests must be confirmed in writing with an itemized invoice sent via email. Submitting an online catering request alone does not confirm your catering order. All catering requests are subject to availability.

How far in advance do I need to place my catering order?

The further in advance the notice, the better! Taste of The Island Vibe is a fresh, made from scratch kitchen, with extended prep & production times on our original, authentic recipes. We ask for a minimum three (3) business days advance notice for all catering requests, not including Saturdays or Sundays. All rush orders with less than the minimum advance notice are subject to availability and a 10% service charge.

How much is it going to cost for Taste of The Island Vibe LLC to cater?

Our complete catering menu with prices is available online. We are also happy to provide an itemized price quote, after learning the details of your planned event. Please allow up to two (2) business days for all price quotes. Contact us today to initiate the planning process for your next catering order.

How much food should I order?

Each of our catering pans will serve  up to 15 guests (unless otherwise noted). Simply divide the number of guests for your event by 15 and that will tell you how many catering pans of each dish to order. We recommend rounding up to the next whole number, since our made from scratch menu is always a crowd pleaser. Guests are often pleasantly surprised by the quality & flavor of Taste of The Island Vibe LLC and will enjoy larger portions than normal or have a second serving, perhaps even before all guests may have been served once.

Will my catering order be delivered or can I pick it up?

We offer free customer pick up from our certified kitchen location, or you may have your catering order delivered. An 8% delivery charge will apply. Additional delivery charges may also apply.

Why is there a delivery charge?

At Taste of The Island Vibe we don’t simply drop off pans of food and leave the rest of the work to you. We offer complete White Glove Delivery which includes on-time arrival, unloading, complete setup of your menu, and ensuring every detail is in place before departing. All provided by a courteous, professional, and uniformed staff.

Will Taste of The Island Vibe staff stay to help with my event?

My event is tomorrow can Taste of The Island Vibe still cater?

We will do our best to accommodate! Catering orders requested with less than three (3) business days advance notice are subject to availability, and a 10% service charge. This ensures that we are able to secure the fresh ingredients, staff, prep & production of your catering order, as well as work with you to plan all details in a very limited window of time.

How do I pay for my catering order?

We accept all major credit cards as forms of payment (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), and do not charge an additional fee for payments made by credit card. Cash and checks (All checks should be made out to Taste of the Island Vibe) are also accepted. Advance payment is required for all catering orders.

Can I make changes to my order even after it has been finalized?

To provide the most superior service possible, requested changes made with less than two (2) business days notice cannot be guaranteed. While we make every effort to accommodate your needs, we have certain constraints with deadlines and lead times from suppliers to order fresh ingredients, staff scheduling, delivery scheduling, and prep & production timelines.

What if I need to cancel my catering order?

Confirmed catering orders may be cancelled in writing, with three (3) business days notice, not including Saturdays or Sundays. Cancellation of a confirmed catering order with less than three (3) business days advance notice will remain the responsibility of the client, for the full invoiced amount. Send notice to
